第3步、清楚所涉及科目的增减变化。
管理费用（费用）增加了
库存现金（资产）减少了
第4步、填上符号。
首先这笔业务使管理费用（费用）增加，而费用增加在借方、减少在贷方。
所以应该是借：管理费用
又使库存现金（资产）减少了，而资产增加在借方、减少在贷方。
所以应该是前方填贷
贷：库存现金
第5步、填上金额
借：管理费用—办公费2000
贷：库存现金2000
